Plum Coulee Mennonite Church

Updated Guidelines - July 25th, 2020

Starting this Sunday (July 26th) we are entering phase 4 of re-opening. In Phase 4 we can increase seating in the sanctuary to 30% (105 people) but we no longer have to create sections in the church. Please read the new guidelines that we will be starting this Sunday.

Process for attending the service
We are allowed 105 people in our sanctuary, attendance over that will be seated in the Fellowship Hall.
We will have everybody enter the church through the North side front doors where we will have a host who keeps count and reminds people of guidelines and answers questions.
Coffee will once again be offered in the link.
The library will remain closed and will re-open Aug 9th. Details to follow.
Attenders will still be asked to sit in household groups or social groups (people you have travels to the service with or frequently visit).
When sitting in the sanctuary please continue to follow social distancing between household/social groups. Please stagger your seating as much as possible so there is nobody seated on the bench directly in front of you.

Your Health
If you are feeling under the weather in any way or have a cough please stay home and enjoy our online service.
Each person entering the building is asked to use the sanitizing station.
If you are health sensitive or have to sign waivers to visit loved ones (that you have not knowing been in the same room as someone who traveled to the USA), please consider sitting in the Fellowship hall.
This will be a touch-free service and we recommend respecting others who may be not ready to resume handshaking and touch. To maintain a touch-free service the front doors will be open, bulletins can be picked-up by you upon entering the service, there will be no passing of the mic for sharing, there will be no prayer available during the worship and offering may be dropped off in the offering basket as you leave the service. We will look to slowly remove these limitations as wisdom allows.

Online services
Going forward our online services will be a recording of the previous Sunday service and so they will be available by Tuesday noon. This is due to that fact our Internet speeds do not allow for live streaming.
